Greenbrook Scholarships available

Each spring, Greenbrook Elementary offers a scholarship through the PTA to a graduating senior from SRVHS who is also a Greenbrook Alumni. Click here for a downloadable PDF file of the scholarship application. Applications are due back on in the spring.

Winners will be announced at the SRVHS Awards Dinner.

• PTA Event Checklist
• Warrant Request (Doc) or Warrant Request (html) — This form is to be used for reimbursement after events and to release funds before an event. Please call sandy Bodisco if you have questions. 837-8535 or bodiscocox4@sbcglobal.net.
• Deposit Verification Form — This form is to be used to deposit your funds from an event. Please put in PTA Financial Secretary file in office. If your deposit contains cash, make arrangements to deliver it personally to Kristin Yarwood at 247 Joaquin Dr. 831-1799
• Copy Request Form — Please use this form to request copies be made for flyers and documents for PTA sponsored events and meetings.
