Kids Care Club – New at Greenbrook

Helping our children to develop compassion and inspiring a spirit of volunteering.

Kids Care is a new club starting at Greenbrook this fall.

It is a group of Greenbrook students who want to help others in their community. Parent volunteers will lead the club and help the children choose the projects and the people they will help.

Kids Care Clubs do all kinds of great projects.

Kids can choose projects to help the homeless, elderly, sick, disabled and lonely. Some of the possible projects are making bag lunches for a soup kitchen, collecting children’s books, making Holiday Hope Chests, visiting elderly residents at a nursing home, collecting pennies to train guide dogs, cleaning and repairing playgrounds, and assembling back packs for kids in foster care.

Kids Care is fun and is a great activity for kids.
