Shop at any Sloat Garden Center location during your school's Growing up Green week, mention your school, and your school will receive 10% of purchases back in the form of a Sloat gift card, which can go towards your school's beautification
projects, fundraisers or classroom activities. The school with the highest participation will receive 20% of purchases back.
The PTA Health & Wellness Fair will be returning to Greenbrook on Wednesday March 1st from 5:30-7:30 PM in the MPR.  Join us for a night of fun, interactive booths, activities, demonstrations, and a celebration of healthy living!

Special Guest Speaker Lauren Brown will be presenting:
Facts you and your child should know about social media and smart phone safety as well as drug and alcohol prevention before they reach middle school. Lauren Brown is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works at the Danville Police Department as the School Program Coordinator. She works with elementary and middle schools in Danville providing a variety of prevention programs and parent education and is a liaison between the schools and the Police Department.
*Coffee and treats will be served.

Monday, January 23rd will be a conference day.  School will run on a minimum schedule as follows:
Kindergarten - 8:20 AM - 11:45 AM
Grades 1 & 2 - 8:30 - 12:00 PM
Grade 3 - 8:30 AM - 11:55 AM
Grades 4 & 5 - 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Tuesday, January 31st will be a minimum day.  The schedule will be as follows:

The Greenbrook PTA invites you to spend a fun night with your family and friends playing BINGO!  Each registered player receives one entry into a drawing, BINGO cards, snacks and the chance to win FABULOUS prizes

Time: 6:30-8:30 PM
Where: In the MPR
Doors open at 6:00 PM.  First games starts at 6:30 PM SHARP. 
Suggested Donation: $8 per person/$10 at the door
Earn extra drawing tickets and help keep the kids at our sister school warm this winter!  For every pair of new socks (for kids K-5) earn an additional drawing ticket!!!  Socks will be collected at the door.

TK & Kindergarten Enrollment for the 2017-2018 school year will be open from January 23, 2017 through February 17, 2017.
January 23, 2017: Online Enrollment opens (parents of current TK students do not need to complete the online enrollment application*).
January 24-27, 2017: New TK and kindergarten students with siblings at their resident school site - bring your online enrollment application summary and required documents to your resident school site. Current TK students - bring your required documents* to your resident school site (parents of current TK students do not need to complete the online enrollment application).
January 30 - February 17, 2017: All new TK and kindergarten students - bring your Online Enrollment summary and required documents to your resident school site. Current TK students - bring your required documents* to your resident school site (parents of current TK students do not need to complete the Online Enrollment application).
February 17, 2017: Completed enrollment packages must be received and verified by
February 17th in order to be included in a lottery should it be necessary at your resident school. Completed enrollment packages are received and verified at your resident school. Enrollment applications received after February 17 are received on a first come first serve basis.
*Required documents for current TK students:
Residency Verification
- Current PG&E  or water bill if the address has not changed
- Mortgage/Rental/Lease + PG&E/water bill if a move has occurred
Updated Immunization Record if applicable
Kindergarten questionnaire with AM/PM preference

SRVUSD strictly follows California Education Code on age eligibility for entry to TK and Kindergarten programs.  Please carefully read the age eligibility requirements below.  You must enroll your student in the age appropriate grade level per the guidelines listed below.
Children who turn five years of age on or before September 1, 2017 are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten only.
Transitional Kindergarten:
If your child turns five years of age on or between September 2, and December 2, 2017, you may only enroll in the TK program.
Please join "Safety Sam" at the 13th Annual Storybook Awards held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the Dougherty Performing Arts Center from 5pm to 6pm.
Refreshments will be served in the Exhibit Hall, which opens at 4pm. One highlight of the evening will be the unveiling of the Storybook "The Super Summer Scavenger Hunt with Safety Sam" and book signing by the author and winning illustrators after the ceremony. Other highpoints include reading of the storybook by author Dana Mentink, presentations by elected officials, door prize drawing for students and the opportunity to take pictures with "Safety Sam!" There will be no Monday Morning Yoga Club for the rest of December.  Yoga Club will resume on January 23rd, 2017

Wednesday, January 18th: 6:30-7:30 PM at San Ramon Valley High School
Thursday, January 19th: 6:30-7:30 PM at California High School
