Box Tops for Education Class Competition--It's time to turn in Box Tops!
Greenbrook is collecting Box Tops this Fall.
The deadline to submit Box Tops is Friday October 21, 2016.
Cut out your Box Tops and place them in the labeled box in the office. Please enclose in a zip lock bag and label with your child's grade and teacher. The class that submits the most Box Tops will receive a prize of an EXTRA RECESS!!!
What are Box Tops? They can be found on hundreds of products. Cut out the Box Tops for Education logo and turn it in. Make sure to check the expiration date. Each Box Top is worth 10 cents for Greenbrook. Ask friends and family to cut out Box Tops and donate to Greenbrook. Questions--contact Sarah Russell.

Submit your masterpieces in the PTA Reflections Comptetition. The theme this year is "What is Your Story?"  You can compete in:
Visual Arts
Music Composition
Film Production

Show your school spirit!  Order your Greenbrook Spirit Wear today.  Check out the online store. The Online store is open today and closes October 23rd.  There will be sample sizes of the spirit wear items on Wednesday, October 12th at 1:40 in front of the school. Make sure to order your spirit wear soon!  Distribution will be on Monday, November 14th.


The first GBTV for the 2016-17 school year is ready!  The kids worked hard to bring you the hard hitting news from Greenbrook School Yard!  Check it out here.


Join us Wednesday, October 26th from 1:45-2:45 PM in the MPR for the Fun Fest.  Fun games will be hosted by the 5th graders for grades K-3.  $2 donation will go to charity.

The schedule for Halloween at School is as follows:
Kindergarten - 10:25 AM - 1:45 PM
1st & 2nd Grades - 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
3rd Grade - 8:30 AM - 1:39 PM 
4th & 5th Grades - 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM 
The school parade is scheduled for 12:30-12:45 PM.  Parents and siblings welcome!  Gates will open at 12:15.
The Minimum Day Schedule is as Follows:
Kindergarten: 8:20 AM - 11:45 AM
1st & 2nd Grades: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Third Grade: 8:30 AM - 11:55 AM
4th & 5th Grades: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Get Your Jamba Juice Smoothies!  5th Grade will be hosting a Jamba Juice fundraiser for their end of the year picnic on Wednesday, November 2nd at 1:30 after school.  Avoid the line and don't get sold out, Order Early!!!

Smoothies can be ordered at the presale on Wednesday, October 26th at 1:30 after school and picked up on November 2nd.  There are 4 flavors and non-dairy options will be available at the presale.  Smoothies are $4 for 12 oz.  CASH ONLY!!!  There will also be BOGO cards available for $10.  Each card is good for 6 BOGO smoothies (a $50 value)!


We are looking for a great cover design for the 2016-17 Yearbook!  The theme is "Where Eagles Soar."  Submissions are due October 26th.  Check out the flyer.

Step right up and claim your kids' stuff!  Did Junior forget his lunchbox or hat on the playground?  Did your Little Miss forget her jacket or sweatshirt at recess?  Well, it might be hanging out in the Lost & Found wondering when their owners will claim them!  All Lost & Found items have been moved to the quad and will be donated if not claimed by October 24th.  There is a plethora of stuff.  Come take a look!!!
Join us at the Book Fair October 17 - October 21st.  The book fair will be held in the library each day from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  There will be a special evening event on Friday, October 14th from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM before movie night!
We are still looking for volunteers for set up, break down and for shifts during the event.  If you are interested in volunteering please check the sign up for available shifts. Thank you for supporting the Book Fair!
