Fall Registration Information

Dear Greenbrook School Community:

We are beginning the process for selecting the next principal of Greenbrook Elementary School.  Attached to this letter (see link below) you will find a brief outline of the process and a page entitled “Criteria for Selection”. The position is currently being advertised and will close May 25.

Your PTA President will assist me in disseminating information to your school community and selecting a parent who will become a member of the interview team and one parent who will serve as an alternate. We will have our panel interviews on June 8.

Your input is important in establishing the criteria which will guide the interview team in their selection. Think about where you want the educational program at Greenbrook Elementary School to be in three or four years and what the leadership characteristics are which will help to move the school in that direction. Please indicate these desired characteristics on the “Criteria for Selection” sheet and return it to my office by Thursday, May 28. You can fax it to me at (925) 837-9247, E-mail it to me at rcalder@srvusd.k12.ca.us, or mail it to the Education Center at 699 Old Orchard Drive, Danville, CA 94526. I will compile a list of criteria from the suggestions I receive. The interview team will receive a copy of this list to use during the interview process.

I look forward to working with you to select your new principal.

Sincerely,

Richard M. Caldera
